Below is a summary of the tasks to be carried out: The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a Consultant to ensure the development of a tripartite national framework for the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of HIMO programs in Cameroon. The consultant will carry out a documentary review of HIMO programs, legal and institutional framework as well as existing strategic documents, will analyze the gaps between current practices and the principles of the ILO Decent Work Agenda, and will develop a harmonized framework integrating labor principles He/she will also ensure the organization and facilitation of a national tripartite validation workshop, will integrate the observations of the ILO constituents and produce the final consolidated version of the Framework as well as the reports and deliverables provided for in within the framework of its mission. The duration of the mission will be twenty five (25) working days.
