The United Nations Children`s Fund (UNICEF) is launching a call for tenders to sign a consultancy contract with both national and international networks. for the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) assessment mission to the CAR.

NB: Potential bidders are requested to bring a new USB key for the withdrawal of the file.

The complete offers will be submitted in French in three (03) copies (including one original and 2 copies) duly signed and dated.

Bidders will send their bids under sealed cover, containing inside them two separate envelopes consisting of:

a) The Technical Bid;

b) The Financial Offer.
