Preparation, support and evaluation of the visitor survey for the permanent exhibition. The contractor creates an overall evaluation concept in coordination with the client. She also creates all the materials required for the evaluation (digital and analogue), e.g. questionnaires, observation forms, etc. She suggests digital tools that are procured by the client. The contractor instructs the people involved in the field research. The people who who carry out the field research are provided by the client. The contractor coordinates data collection, scheduling and quality control. The client coordinates the deployment of personnel for implementation. The contractor develops a workflow for transmitting the survey data and evaluates it according to general standards of audience research and empirical social research (qualitative and quantitative). She prepares the results editorially in the form of a detailed report with graphical representations. She will give a final oral presentation of the most important results (possible digitally). Estimated / maximum order volume: 40, 000 euros net.
