Evacuation chairs The aim is to create three evacuation chairs to carry out two instructions and to ensure the annual maintenance of all evacuation chairs according to medical devices Operator Ordinance of Agencies for Labor (SGB III) and the job center (SGB II) in the district of the RIM. The Performance is divided into 2 lots. Maintenance (Los 1): Professional and certified maintenance with documentation of 42 evacuation chairs of the brands Escape Mobility and EVAC+Chair are to be carried out at 25 locations. This maintenance includes the following activities: Inspection of the Evacuation device - testing of the functions and wearing parts of the evacuation aid based on a maintenance plan/a checklist. Documentation of the maintenance work - if necessary smear parts and clean - damaged small parts are replaced by new original parts, if necessary. The need to replace spare parts must be recorded and justified in writing. The costs for small material are included in the maintenance service. - The rubber straps of the evacuation chairs are checked for drying out and cracking and exchanged if necessary. Also The need to exchange exchange must be documented here. - Functional test of evacuation aid on the stairs. Procurement (Los 2): The evacuation chairs must be foldable and suitable for the safe transport of people with restricted mobility via the staircase.
