European tender with an open procedure launched pursuant to article 71 of Legislative Decree no.36 of 31 March 2023 and SS.MM.II., entirely managed through a telematic system on the ASP platform, aimed at the conclusion of a framework agreement for the assignment - with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on the best value for money pursuant to art. 108of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and SS.MM.II., for the assignment of the "service for food", pursuant to art. 9 of the law of 26 July 1975, n. 354, of the detainees and restricted internees in the penitentiary institutions for adults of the Sardinia Region, to be held through the supply and supply of theFood necessary for the packaging of complete daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), in accordance with the minimum environmental criteria (CAM), referred to in the decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the protection of the territory and the sea D.M. 65 of 10 March 2020, published in G.U n. 90 of 4 April2020, divided into three functional lots.
