EUDI Wallet Support Organization Technical infrastructure of the EUDI Wallet Support Organization (EWSO) - "Tooling" Provision, implementation, operation and maintenance of the complete technical infrastructure for the EUDI Wallet Support Organization. Includes All systems from the self-service portal and ticket management to telephony, knowledge base and identity management. The subject of this tender is the award of services for the technical infrastructure of the EUDI Wallet Support Organization (EWSO), the so-called tooling. The contractor implements, configures and puts into operation: the ticket and CRM system, the knowledge base and the FAQ portal, the in-app bot (or compatibility with the client's internal app bot solution), the telephony system. and IVR infrastructure, the connection and compatibility to the B2B portal: EUDI Hub, the IAM system, the central event log system and the redaction system. The contractor will support the closed beta phase (Q4 2026) and the go-live phase (Q1 2027). Hypercare support and, after an orderly transfer of knowledge, hands over operational system sovereignty to the client's internal team. The services include in particular the EU-compliant infrastructure ((ISO 27001), no US CLOUD Act exposure), WCAG 21 conformity of all user front ends, a mandatory external penetration test before go-live as well as complete system documentation and training of the internal team.
