Lot 1 - SAP S/4HANA with municipal template Lot 2 - SAP SuccessFactors ITEBO GmbH plans to tender two framework agreements for the procurement of implementation and consulting services for SAP-based ERP and HR system solutions based on SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors, which are to be used by various local authorities, higher municipal associations or outsourced organizational units. The customer structure is heterogeneous and includes different types municipal organization types, each of which has its own technical and organizational requirements. This results in an increased need for standardizable but at the same time adaptable solutions. The assignment takes place within the framework of this Framework agreements. The specific services are requested by ITEBO GmbH on behalf of its customers based on needs and implemented in the form of individual projects that are tailored to the respective technical and organizational requirements of the customers orientate. The contractor provides all services related to SAP S/4HANA, in particular consulting, conception, implementation, integration, migration, training, support and further development. The solution must be designed in such a way that it is both can be used in a cloud-based form of operation (in particular SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud) as well as in on-premises operation.
