Tender Details

The subject of the tendered service is the technical industrial cleaning in the following facilities: • Mechanical treatment plant with its structural facilities in the main building, dust house (cleaning filter chambers and changing filters) and ramp • Processing system for waste wood and bulky waste (AAS, tipping hall) • Cleaning of the wood chip heating (HOHAHE) • 2 redundant waste bunker discharges (RMBA I+ II) with conveyor belts in the waste bunker • Applicable outdoor area (property area for the above-mentioned systems) in accordance with the service description “Framework agreement for technical industrial cleaning - Gradestrasse location” dated June 1, 2026. Experience has shown that the personnel requirement resulting from the service description is 3-4 people per day during normal operation one layer. When operating all 4 loading bays, a staffing requirement of 5 - 6 people is required, divided into 2 shifts (usually 9 times per year of approx. 4 weeks).
