Select an NGO to design, structure, implement and support a pilot system for developing a new agricultural export chain, in formal partnership with a committed exporting company. The system must: • enable the production of marketable volumes meeting export market standards (organic or other required references); • generate measurable monetary income for the benefit of producers (and possibly the company) before July 31, 2026; 3Annex I - Terms of Reference • demonstrate the existence of solid market demand (evidence: orders, export histories, contracts, commercial relationships); • be part of a credible contract farming model, including formal commitments to the company on the purchase and absorption of production; • be operational between January 15, 2026 and July 31, 2026, with a schedule allowing a complete or partial production cycle leading to verifiable sales.
