Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Establishment of a Directory of Suppliers and Service Providers for the Year 2020.

1. Object
The Government of the Republic of Cameroon benefits from the financial and technical support of the World Bank to implement the Technical Assistance Project for the Development of Hydroelectricity on the Sanaga River (PATDHS) whose objective is to improve the institutional capacity of the Government of Cameroon and support for the sustainable development of hydroelectric resources on the Sanaga River. The project is divided into 06 components:

Heading 1
Office supplies, equipment and furniture: Office equipment and supplies, stationery, hygiene, cleanliness, food

Heading 2
IT and reprography equipment: IT equipment and consumables, mapping equipment, scanners, Copiers and IT consumables

Heading 3
Small works (repairs), upkeep / maintenance:
Repairs, fittings, tapestry, plumbing, carpentry, electricity, green spaces, splits, copiers, computer equipment, telephone / PABX, computer network, software, generator, furniture? -

Heading 4
Printing, reprography, publishing

Heading 5
Mail transport

Component 1: Support for the identification of the next hydroelectric site to be developed in the Sanaga river basin and its allocation to the private sector by auction;
Component 2: Support to the Government of Cameroon for the supervision of the Nachtigal hydroelectric project on the Sanaga;
Component 3: Mitigation of hydrological risk and safety of dams;
Component 4: Advice on concession regimes applicable to hydroelectric assets of the Government of Cameroon;
Component 5: Implementation of an integrated reservoir management plan for optimizing hydroelectricity production on the Sanaga;
Component 6: Support for project management.

The National Coordinator of the PATDHS MINEE invites the Suppliers of goods, Service providers, to express their interest with a view to establishing a directory of Suppliers, Service providers for the headings below:

Capacity building: Management, Translation (English / French), Administrative writing, NTIC, Computer filing and archiving

Communication and public relations: Internet connection, organization of seminars and workshops, travel agency, rental of meeting rooms, communication, telephone credit,

Insurance: health insurance for staff and their dependents; automobile insurance, premises insurance.

Training: Capacity building for staff.

Financing
The Cameroonian Government intends to use part of these funds for the payment of services in the implementation of the Hydroelectricity Development Project on the Sanaga River (PATDHS) - MINEE for the year 2020.

4. Submission of tenders
The files will be deposited in a closed envelope in four copies (one original and three copies), at the headquarters of the PD-COBIE Project Management Unit (LIVESTOCK AND BREEDING INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT), Nouvelle route Bastos- Yaoundé, behind the World Bank, below the PRODEL, Contact: 699 35 92 86/691 40 28 91, must be deposited in person or by mail, to arrive within the required time, at the latest seven (07) days after publication of this notice, at 3.30 p.m., stating:

“Expression of interest N ° 001 / ASMI / MINEE / PATDHS / UGP-MINEE / SPM / 2020 FROM 18 FEBRUARY 2020, for the establishment of a directory of suppliers, service providers for the year 2020 at PATDHS - MINEE”, in accordance with table below:
