The subject of the order to be awarded is the establishment and operation of a public bicycle rental system (FVS) in the Bielefeld urban area from May 2026. An FVS called "Heinkiggi" has existed there for 05/2021 and is now to be further developed. According to the current status, a station -based one isSystem with at least 650 rental bikes at least 59 stations planned. All essential functions for the operation of a public FVS are to be provided by the operator, including the processing of all processes based on the customer, such as registration, termination, Reservation, lending/booking, tariff, return, processing of inquiries and complaints and the implementation of customer -related billing via the payment method credit card, PayPal and direct debit. An interface must also be set up for integration into other apps (e.g. Mobiel You)become. The annual cost recovery grant of MOBIEL GmbH is limited to an amount of a maximum of EUR 418, 000.00 plus sales tax.
