Established and operated a dynamic procurement system to procure fiber optic connections for Dataport In the national networks of the Dataport sponsoring countries, there are new installations, relocations and closures of locations, as well as replacement of existing connections there is a continuous need for fiber optic-based connections (dark fiber). For this purpose, the client intends to use a dynamic procurement system (DBS) in accordance with Section 120 Paragraph 1 GWB in conjunction with. V. m. §§ 22 - 24 VgV to be introduced. Into this DBS can interested, suitable applicants will be accepted throughout its entire term. Within the DBS, contracts are awarded according to the rules of the restricted procedure (Section 22 Para. 2 VgV). The plan is currently between 2026 and 2033 up to 1, 000 Dark Fiber to be awarded. Although the tender applies to all Dataport sponsoring countries, the majority of these existing connections run within Schleswig-Holstein.
