Tender Details

The municipality of Alfter intends to build a new extension building for the high school at the location of the existing Oedekoven school campus (Am Rathaus 11, 53347 Alfter-Oedekoven). The subject of the project is the construction of a new extension building Basically in three-dimensional wood or/wood hybrid modular construction with functional and structural integration of the already renovated existing building and the adjacent sports hall. The total educational area is approx. 7, 400 m² and is on the existing building and the new building are divided. In contrast to the modular construction method, the ground floor (slope location, concrete/waterproof concrete) and the arena (wooden construction, no modular construction) are to be constructed in a conventional construction method.
