Provision and operation of cloud-based seminar management software as Software as a Service (SaaS) for the nationwide organization and management of Deutsche Aidshilfe (DAH) seminars and events with integrated address management (CRM), the range of functions of which is supplemented by configuration and individual adjustments (customizing) and can be further supplemented if necessary. The seminar management software must map all processes from publishing and maintaining event offerings to maintaining address data (CRM) including communication options to follow-up and evaluation in an integrated overall solution. The solution is currently designed for a volume of around 500 seminars and 5, 000 participants per year. The scope of services includes in particular: Provision of the software including hosting setup and necessary customizing; Care, maintenance, updates and further development; Telephone and email support; Migration of existing data sets into the new system; Implementation of several flexible training formats for up to 20 employees with a total length of 8 hours.
