The task includes the classic structural and functional assessment of the buildings, the development of a viable operator and sponsorship concept, the examination of possible financing and funding options, and the development of usage scenarios as well as the creation of an economic efficiency analysis. The study is intended to compare various options - from minimally invasive conversion to transformative conversions to scenarios that integrate new buildings (particularly in conjunction with the planned replacement building for the parish hall in Keyenberg). As part of the feasibility study, it must be examined whether and in what form the three buildings that were formerly used for sacred purposes will be used as so-called "third places" in the future “fourth places” can serve, i.e. as low-threshold spaces for encounters, exchanges and community participation. In addition, the study should deal with the cultural heritage of the buildings and investigate which historical and Identity-creating elements can be integrated into future uses. It also needs to be clarified whether and to what extent the profaned churches and the chapel continue their previous social function in a transformed form and thus make a contribution can contribute to the revitalization of the village community. All planned uses are subject to suitable sponsorship. Architectural, engineering and planning services (CPV code: 71240000)
