Tenders are invited for EPC Turnkey Contract for the Engineering, Supply of Equipment, Construction, Commissioning and Testing of The Power Plant and The Transmission Line for The Project (RIII-EPC Contract).
This project will include the design, construction, commissioning, testing, operation and maintenance of (i) a hydroelectric power plant with an installed capacity of 206 MW, including an embankment dam, 45 meters high with an annex spillway, a low-level landfill and an ecological flow power plant, a supply tunnel lined with concrete, 3.8km long and 6.7m in diameter connecting the dam reservoir to the power plant, to the pipeline forced a power plant comprising three production units type Francis, access roads from Bugarama (Rwanda) and Kamanyola (DRC) to the dam site, as well as all auxiliary and ancillary works (the “Plant”) and ( ii) a 7.3 km critical-double transmission line used to evacuate electricity from the Plant to the Kamanyola distribution station (DRC) (the “Transmission Line”).
