Tender Details

Services include working as a member of a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists to provide procurement specialist expertise, including: (i) preparation and updating of project procurement plan in accordance with financing institution requirements; (ii) Coordinating relevant procurement inputs of various technical experts and performing all relevant procurement tasks for procurement of required services, goods and works in accordance with the project procurement arrangements and agreed rules and procedures; (iii) building procurement capacity of GVWC; (iv) establishment and maintenance of a procurement records management system and ensuring that all relevant records are properly compiled and secured to ease reference; (v) preparation of procurement- related reports, including bid evaluation reports. The Guma Valley Water Company will be responsible for the procurement of goods, works, and consultancy services including preparation of procurement plan, preparation of standard bidding documents, opening and evaluation of bids, contracting and management of contract executions.
