Eoi - Cameroon - Consultant With A View To Providing Services Relating To The Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Socio-Economic Impacts Of The Project For Regional Development And Private Sector Promotion In The Far-North Region -

The services provided under this operation include the monitoring and evaluation of the socio-economic impacts of the project on the basis of its relating selected impact indicators which are listed in the logical framework contained in the project evaluation report. Referring to the report and the logical framework contained therein, and in consultation with the implementing body, the consultant will be expected to: (i) specify the key indicators to be covered and the data to be compiled for each major expected area of impact; (ii) propose a consistent methodological approach for data collection in the field, the collection tools, the analysis plan and a detailed programme for carrying out the mission; (iii) establish the baseline and mid-term situation for the key impact indicators agreed for this project; (iv) carry out an ex-post evaluation of the socio-economic impacts of this project at the end of the works; (v) carry out, also at the end of the p...
