The diagnostic of EPAL-s technical and operational performance was completed in June 2025, with the identification of an area of Luanda suitable for the implementation of a PPP. IFC now intends to recruit an environmental and social consultant with experience in IFC's performance standards, water-sector PPPs and - ideally - Angola to produce an E&S scoping study for the proposed project Documents
