Tender Details

The contractor is responsible for the entire work of a functional biowaste fermentation and composting plant for biological waste, including the associated system technology, the collection and treatment of exhaust air, other ancillary works such as the media supply and Removal, access logistics should be planned using the existing traffic areas and the infrastructure of the location according to the state of the art. This planning essentially refers to the service phases of design and approval planning (LPH 03-04), based on the HOAI 2021. The project also includes planning the media connections required for all configurations for water (including fire water), wastewater, rain and surface water as well as the connection of the electrical supply and IT. This includes all applicable laws, regulations, technical rules, regulations (such as those of the professional associations and occupational safety), guidelines, DIN EN standards, valid wastewater statutes and recommendations from the relevant associations to be adhered to or taken into account. The aim is to further develop the current status of basic determination and preliminary planning (LPH 01-02) through draft planning (LPH 03) to readiness for approval in accordance with the building law requirements (LPH 04). The results obtained serve as the basis for the execution planning of a general contractor.
