Subject of the audit for the audit years 2024, 2025 and 2026:
• ENTEGA AG Group, Darmstadt
The subject of the examination is ENTEGA AG itself and its direct and/or medium assetscash majority stakes in companies.
Audit spectrum:
The audit topics include commercial and technical audit areas as well as IT-technical issues.
Expertise in the areas of energy production, energy trading, energy sales, energy networks, public law operationsmanagement (waste-to-energy plants, sewage treatment plants), shared services and broadband/fiber optic solutions are required.
