The supply and exhaust air ducts of the RLT for the electroplating are currently decentralized and without heat recovery. The exhaust air routing of the electroplating plant has special requirements and must be taken into account as special exhaust air. The goal is the future to realize adapted and needs-oriented supply and exhaust air supply including heat recovery. The RTL device media center with associated field devices is also missing and must be replaced. This is a supply and exhaust air device with special requirements and smoke extraction function. An expansion or replacement of the air conditioning system for the laboratory area in the basement (rooms 042 -043) is also necessary. Due to an internal conversion, the rooms and the air conditioning system must meet the requirements a production area for synthetic fiber materials as well as connections to laboratory cabinets for the storage of these materials should be taken into account.
