The State Building Construction Office is responsible, among other things, for the construction tasks of the Bundeswehr and civil federal construction (e.g. THWs, BImA, Federal Police, etc.) in federal properties in the greater Stuttgart area (districts of Esslingen, Rems-Murr, Ludwigsburg, Böblingen and Stuttgart). Numerous construction measures and projects are planned for these properties in the coming years. For this purpose, the specialist planning services for the technical equipment are to be provided through a framework agreement - "single-partner framework agreement" - be awarded. The fee amount for the framework agreement was determined to be around €693, 000 net over a planned total term of 4 years and with probably around 20 individual orders. The eligible costs of the framework contract are calculated here approx. €3, 800, 000 net estimated (share KG 400). For the period of years 1 and 2, a net order volume of approximately €350, 000 is expected. The maximum value of the commissioned net fee is set at €693, 000 net. For the extension period beyond that, up to the end of the maximum overall term of 4 years, an order volume of up to the maximum value of the framework agreement can be expected. The planning services will involve new construction measures Conversion/expansion as well as so-called building maintenance construction measures. These are, for example: - Measures to renovate existing buildings to the EGB55 standard - Line renovations - Ventilation/air conditioning repairs - Etc.
