Expression of Interest (EOI) are Invited for Engineering and Supervision Consultancy for the Construction of 10mw Heavy Fuel Oil Plant for the LEC.
Objective

The objective of this assignment is to engage the services of a qualified and experienced Consultant engineering firm to provide the detailed engineering design (detailed scope of works, bill of quantities, drawings, and any other information deemed necessary for bidding the construction works). Biding documents preparation, evaluation, supervision and contract management services for the construction of the 10MW HFO diesel power plant form part of this assignment.
Scope of the Engineering and Supervision Consultancy:- The Consultant will provide specifications for all equipment, including but not limited to:

Heavy Fuel Oil Diesel Generator sets (totaling 10MW);

On Site Fuel storage tanks;

Fuel pipelines;

Main Transformers for each diesel generator sets;

Power and control Cables;

Switchgears;

High Tension Circuits Breakers;

Building materials;

Prepare site plan;

Geo-Technical survey;

Architectural design of the powerhouse building and other structures necessary for the powerhouse;

Detail Engineering design to include: Drainage design, Road ways etc.;

Electrical Design of the power plant to include but limited, high voltage system including auxiliary transformers, switchgear etc., control systems, Alarms, Sequential events recorder, communications system, the Power plant should be SCADA compatible;

Lighting in powerhouse.
