The services are commissioned in stages: The aim of the contract is to provide engineering services for the technical planning of the development of the new commercial area. The following planning services are required: · Planning of the Traffic facilities, in accordance with HOAI § 47 - Junction on the L3005 (Frankfurter Straße/Eschborner Straße) - Access road · Planning of engineering structures, in accordance with HOAI § 43 - Drainage systems - Water supply - Gas supply · Special services: - Local Construction supervision in accordance with AHO - Obtaining utility plans - Creating the existing route plan for all existing utilities and disposal companies as part of service phase 2 as well as supplementing the planned supply and disposal routes and road planning - Engineering surveying - recording the basics - spatial reference Geodesy - creating a basic plan Surveying - creating a digital terrain model The basic services for planning traffic systems and engineering structures are fully in accordance with HOAI 2021 even if the bidder grants a discount on the overall service. The special services of local construction supervision must be provided in accordance with the standard services of AHO No. 2.
