Request for proposals are invited for Engagement of a Human Resource Consultant for a Job Evaluation Exercise

YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Prices should be in ZWL or USD. Bids in USD will be paid at the prevailing RBZ auction rate at the time of payment.
2. State Validity of your offer from closing date.
3. Bidders are required to complete the price schedule.
4. Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms
(a) No advance payments will be made for orders below ZWL$ 5, 000, 000. Payment for delivered goods will be made within 30 days after delivery of goods. (Bidders must state acceptance of these payment terms without fail).
5. Bidders must provide lead time or gant chart showing that a report can be submitted not later than the 4 th of April 2022. Time is of the essence.
6. Attach the qualifications of the key personnel who will be conducting the job evaluation exercise. Team leader to have at least 5 years- experience doing similar work and should have a Degree in the relevant field.
7. A brief methodology for performing the services;
8. A work plan, showing the inputs of all key staff.
9. A minimum of three (3) reference lists with active contact details for similar work done.
10. The proposal and supporting documents should be sent in one PDF email.
