Energy-saving renovation of the Mitterteich multi-purpose hall The multi-purpose hall in Mitterteich was built in 1983. The striking building is designed as a steel hall. The hall roof has trussed girders and transverse flat roofs troughs in between. The adjoining rooms around the hall are constructed with flat roofs and bitumen waterproofing. The bituminous roof waterproofing is outdated. Due to the diverse façade penetrations, massive thermal bridges can be seen. The Building is to be renovated. Projecting components of the roof and facade support structure that are not statically necessary should be removed as far as possible. The entire hall areas must be insulated and sealed. For the energy renovation project Multi-purpose hall Mitterteich, basic services according to HOAI in the area of property planning (buildings) are awarded in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1, § 33 ff.
