Tender Details

The city of Netphen intends to carry out energy-efficient renovation and partially replace the N-FLOW leisure pool. As part of this, project management services are to be procured. The swimming pool consists of an indoor and outdoor pool and includes additionally a physio and fitness area. The existing physio and fitness area is to be retained and modernized. The indoor pool with sauna area and the outdoor pool will be renovated. The aim of the new replacement building for the Netphen leisure and indoor swimming pool is to to replace the existing, structurally and technically outdated infrastructure with a modern, energy-efficient and barrier-free new building. The new building includes a modern sports pool, a teaching pool as well as the necessary functional, technical and Adjoining rooms. Details can be found in the service description, which is part of the tender documents. The construction and planning costs (net) for the entire measure are estimated as follows: EUR 36, 506, 988. KG 200 Preparation and development: 1, 150, 000 EUR, KG 300 building - construction: 18, 146, 000 EUR, KG 400 building - technical systems: 7, 877, 800 EUR, KG 500 outdoor facilities and open spaces: 1, 500, 000 EUR, KG 600 equipment: 300, 000 EUR, KG 700 additional construction costs: 7, 533, 188 EUR.
