The client intends to renovate the existing Biggesee Academy building to make it more energy efficient. Comprehensive structural measures are intended to make the building fit for the future and ensure its long-term use. To the required ones Renovation measures include completely renovating the heated building shell. In addition, the building services should also be extensively renovated. The subject of this procurement is the planning services required for energy-efficient renovation Property planning (§ 34 HOAI) for service phases 2 and 3 as well as 5-8 HOAI (LOS1) and planning services for technical building equipment (§ 55 HOAI) for service phases 2-8 (LOS2). The assignment will be carried out in stages. The entire renovation project is supported by grants from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (EFRE/JTF).
