Stadtwerke Dinslaken GmbH intends to procure an energy billing system, including system implementation, subsequent operation and data extraction. The tender takes place as part of the procurement process the required services in two subject areas: Lot 1: Billing software and implementation project Lot 2: data extraction A precise description of the required performance features can be found in the service descriptions and the appendices. The Stadtwerke Dinslaken currently uses an SAP-based billing system, the energy management module SAP IS-U, which is used productively as part of the SAP R/3 landscape. While the core system has already been migrated to SAP S/4HANA, the IS-U Module not modernized. Due to the announced end of maintenance for SAP IS-U on December 31, 2027, there is an urgent need for action to replace this system with a modern, powerful billing solution. The new solution must include both billing Cover the electricity, gas, heat and water sectors holistically and also fully support operating and heating cost billing in accordance with current legal requirements.
