The energetic renewal of high-performance cell testers with accessories and software is carried out at ZSW, Ulm as part of a project sponsored by the state of BWfunded project in 2024.
Short description
Delivery, installation and commissioning of some high-current battery test devices:
For 48 high-current and 64 performance battery test channels including feedback with up to 300 A overloadable inputs, continuous output 250 A/10 A current consumption incl. VerkaBelung and control software for performance tests and life cycle tests with connection to an existing database system for tests on lithium-ion batteries or similar high-performance batteries
Description of procurement:
Delivery, installation and commissioning of 6 battery test devices for individualcells:
(1) 4 x regenerative high-current battery test devices, each with 12 independent circuits (48 channels, 250A/6V) with up to 300 A overloadable inputs according to the tender text
(2) 2 x regenerative battery test devices, each with 32 independent circuits (64 channels, 10A/0.7…6V) according to the tender text
(3) automatically dynamically switching current ranges
(4) reference voltage measurement inputs and temperature measurement inputs according to the tender text.
(5) battery connection cable set (only for high-current channels: power cable 300A and sensor cable)
