Employee platform Verkehrsbetriebe Hamburg-Holstein GmbH (VHH) is the third largest municipal bus company in Germany with around 800 buses and is based in Hamburg. Today the VHH transports around 105.5 million passengers per year. The 18 locations of the VHH form a belt around the Hanseatic city. Around 3, 000 employees from around 60 nations work here and ensure that the Hanseatic city and the surrounding area stay on the move. VHH operations run 24/7. 80 percent of employees are Non-desk workers. They work behind the wheel of a bus or in the workshops and service departments. The VHH would like to offer these employees good information and digital participation in the company.
