Discription: Description FAO is urgently seeking offers from companies who are able to supply two (2) rotary-wing aircrafts (helicopters) and all related logistics support to carry out locust survey and control (spraying) operations in Madagascar. Helicopters should be positioned and ready to commence with the services requested at the designated operational bases in Madagascar, by 1 November 2021 for the first helicopter and by 1 January 2022 for the second helicopter, for a minimum period of one (1) month
