Tenders are invited for Embassy Warehouse Rehabilitation Works

The Embassy of the United States of America in Luanda, Angola, is soliciting services of construction works, labor, materials, and fully comprehensive work to repair leaks on the warehouse roof and gutters maintenance, rehabilitation of two bathrooms and installation of an electrical switch. The U.S Embassy Luanda also informs that, it does not advance payments, companies must be suitable and financially capable for the performance of the requested services.

Description:
1) The roof of the Embassy warehouse has several points of leaking when rain. The Embassy is looking for expertise roof Repairs Company to repair infiltration inside the warehouse during the rainy season. Repair and replace damaged gutters, clean all the gutters, and make sure they are cleaned.
2) Repair the two bathrooms, such as: Replace all the walls tiles and floors tiles with new one and the new floors tiles need to be anti-slippery, replace the bathrooms showers with one that are have floors anti-slippery and have shower enclosure all the showers. Redo the plumbing such as replace all the faucets install a new hot heater and do a new installation for the hot water to have hot water in all the showers and the sinks. Replace all the lockers with new ones and new lockers needs to be approved by the FM and replace all the sanitary ware. Install exhaust fans in all the bathrooms. Install a plumbing to install American washer and dryer machines. Redo the electrical installation inside the bathrooms. Paint all the bathrooms with washable paint include the ceiling and corridor.
3) Install a new disconnecting switch in the outside of the warehouse and this equipment will be installed on the cables that feed the power to the main electrical panel to be able to cut off the power in case of any emergency inside the warehouse without enter and this equipment needs to have shadow to protect
against the rain and sun and this device will be provide by the Embassy and contractor will do the installation only
