Electronic patient record - ePA record system According to Section 342 SGB V, health insurance companies are obliged to provide every insured person with an electronic patient file approved in accordance with Section 325 Paragraph 1 SGB V. The TK needs certain ones for this Delivery artifacts: The contractor's tasks include the following services: - Implementation of gematik's requirements and specifications for the ePA filing system - Provision and operation of the ePA backend (ePA filing system, VAU and associated systems and interfaces) - Provision of all components in the following environments: PU, TU, RU and RU DEV - On-demand support services. According to Section 342 Paragraph 7 SGB V, health insurance companies are obliged to also provide an ePA-FdV for stationary devices to provide. The “ePA Desktop FdV” is currently being developed entirely externally as a white label app and is offered to the insured under the name “TK-Safe” for the Windows, Mac OS and Linux operating systems. The “ePA Desktop FdV” is not part of this Procurement. TK develops and operates the push gateway independently. Further details can be found in the tender documents.
