Before delivering the goods, the Supplier must agree on the sample and dimensions of the supplied goods with the Customer; 3. The product must be new, properly packaged, and free from mechanical damage; 4. Delivery and unloading of goods to the Customer is carried out at the expense of the Supplier; 5. The supplier is obliged deliver the goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the contract. The supplier must provide a Warranty period for the product (at least 12 months). 6. The supplier is obliged to notify within 24 hours (telephone, fax, e-mail) about sending the goods to the Customer; 7. On the day of delivery of goods, the Supplier is obliged to send to the Customer via the web portal a certificate of acceptance and transfer of goods approved by an electronic digital signature; 8. The customer has the right to conduct an examination in unilaterally and to involve experts and expert organizations in its implementation if he has doubts about the quality of the sample of goods or goods provided/supplied by the Supplier as provided for in the Contract, while notifying the Delivery...
