The Libyan Higher Technical Center for Training and Production announces its need to supply scientific equipment, devices and supplies designated for conducting laboratory experiments, in accordance with the attached specifications and quantities. All devices and equipment are required to be new, unused, of known origin, and conform to the technical specifications. It is required that it be suitable for use in research and laboratory applications. The offer must also include a warranty on electrical and electronic devices and equipment for a period of no less than one year. All necessary operating and installation accessories.
