Tenders are invited for Electrification Works in Solar Photovoltaic Panels (18 Panels) at Kai-Kai Cetic at Kai-Kai Ep

Consistency of services
The works, subject of this invitation to tender include the following operations:
the necessary technical studies;
Completion of all the civil engineering works (excavations, candelabra foundations, embankments, site restoration);
The supply and installation of 18 steel candelabras 8 m high to carry the cabinet assembly, the solar panels, the bracket and the light fixture and fixed on a reinforced concrete block composed of a metal frame and anchor rods ;
The supply and installation of solar panels (modules to capture the sun`s rays, including the support structures for these modules);
The supply and installation of lots of solar batteries and associated boxes / rack for the lampposts and generators respectively
The supply and installation of regulators (battery charge controller via solar panels and battery charge / discharge regulator);
The establishment and training of a committee (05 people) responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment

Tender payment of a non-refundable amount of 30, 000 Fcfa (Thirty thousand franc cfa) to the Municipal Revenue of the Municipality of KAI-KAI for the costs of purchasing the tender dossier
Provisional security: Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tender bond (conforming to the model attached in the appendix) established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list appears in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers and an amount of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY MILLE FRANCS FCFA (720, 000 FCFA).
