Contract term begins on January 1st, 2028 at midnight and ends on December 31st, 2030 at midnight. There is one Extension option from January 1st, 2031 at 00:00 a.m. to December 31st, 2031 at midnight. Purchase quantity in 4 years approx. 202, 527, 352 kWh.
