The tender is divided into six lots, each covering different properties. The service includes the delivery of electricity including network use and all associated direct related activities within the framework of an "all-inclusive contract". The aim of the contract is a secure supply under economic conditions. The electricity to be supplied must come from 100% renewable energy sources (green electricity according to HKNR).
