Electrical, security and information technology systems according to DIN 18 382 Essentially, the following services must be carried out in the existing building to eliminate defects in safety-relevant systems: - It is battery-backed A safety power supply system (dynamic UPS, rated output approx. 15kW) must be set up to supply power to a mechanical smoke extraction system; an electrical operating room must be prepared accordingly and the cabling of the system components must be completed realize - The alarm system for fires and house alarms is being expanded; approx. 16 alarm lines must be wired to maintain functionality up to the additional warning sounders (the warning sounders with control couplers are installed by the service company alarm system); Approx. 1, 100m data cable with functional integrity and 550m FM installation cable The cabling is installed in the basement and in installation shafts. The work is carried out in rooms up to 4m high, so that work equipment is provided. - In the In the basement there are cable systems in I90/E90 cable ducts made of lightweight concrete (made by Aestover). The channels show damage. These should be recorded/documented and eliminated/repaired. approx. 85 running meters - After the cable laying work there are approx. 150 Restore fire barriers. Access to the BMF building, Postblock, is via the entrance on Mauerstrasse. Further information and notes can be found in the service list.
