Electrical installation work area 1 GESOBAU AG intends to repair and modernize residential building group 3246 The residential house group 3246 includes houses 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.1 and 12. The town estate developed as a Rieselgut in the 19th century Hellersdorf is to be developed into a new, active and attractive center for the adjacent residential development with culture, work and leisure. The existing building ensemble will be renovated and replaced with public, multifunctional squares and garden areas, supplemented. The services described here apply to houses 1, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 12.
