Tenders are invited for Electrical Installation and Associated Works at VIPSU Complex, Vacoas.
1. The Prime Minister-s Office (Defence and Home Affairs Division) is inviting bids from eligible bidders Registered with CIDB and Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government e-Procurement System for theelectrical installation and associated works at VIPSU Complex, Vacoas.
2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.orgReference Number on the system: PMO/IFB/2022/102.
3. Bidders are requested to attend a pre-bid meeting/site visit which is scheduled for Wednesday 08 February 2023 at 10.30 a.m. at the VIPSU Complex, Vacoas.
4. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System as per Key Activity Schedule.
5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per Key Activity Schedule.
6. Bids will be opened online as per key Activity Schedule in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder:
Prime Minister-s Office, (Defence and Home Affairs Division), 7th Floor, New Government Centre, Port Louis.
7. The Prime Minister-s Office (Defence and Home Affairs Division) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
