A non-refundable tender documentation fee of Five Hundred Pula (500.00) or Two Hundred and Fifty (P250.00) for companies wholly owned by the Youth payable in cash at the Botswana Power Corporation Headquarters, Macheng Way, Gaborone or by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Proof of payment is required upon collection of the tender documents or request to be send tender documents via email.

In order to participate in this tender bidders should be registered with PPADB Code 303 (Civil Engineering Services) sub code 03 (Infrastructure) and/or sub code 04 (Civil/Structural Engineering); PPADB Code 304 (Electrical Engineering Services) sub code 01 (Electrical design-general); PPADB Code 305 (Mechanical Engineering Services) sub code 01 (Mechanical design-general).This tender restricted to citizen owned companies only.Site Visit

A compulsory site visit shall be on 2nd August 2019 at 1000hrs at Sua Mine 132/11kV substation. Bidders are to assemble at Sua Substation (GPS Coordinates: 20°31`23.48"S; 26° 3`32.71"E).
