As part of the 2026 construction phase, the Thalia Theater building will be electrically modernized. The focus is on the renewal of the low-voltage systems as well as the lighting systems, the potential equalization and the adaptation of the fire alarm and fire alarm systems Announcement systems in the sanitary and cloakroom areas. The existing low-voltage installations from the ground floor to the 5th floor will be dismantled and reinstalled in accordance with standards, taking into account the new hot water preparation instantaneous water heaters. Fire detectors and loudspeakers are rewired, cable routing is provided for later expansions with functional integrity and cable reserves. Cloakrooms receive additional Volume control for the speakers. All work is checked, documented and recorded in accordance with DIN VDE before commissioning, so that the electrical equipment complies with current standards.
