Karlsruhe, Kirchfeld Kaserne + MatLgr 1+2 (material storage), framework agreement, framework agreement for electrical engineering, the intention is to commission specialist planning services for technical equipment in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 HOAI on the basis of a framework agreement for various projects in the Bundeswehr properties “Kirchfeld Kaserne, Materiallager 1 + 2” in Karlsruhe. The system groups 4 and 5 to be processed are in accordance with Section 53 Paragraph 2 HOAI 2021. The maximum value of the framework agreement is for the intended Total term of 7 years €1, 200, 000 net fee. This maximum value is expected to be awarded with around 25 individual orders. The eligible costs are estimated at approximately €8, 000, 000 net. It is intended that this framework agreement with two economic operators. Renovation and conversion measures as well as ongoing construction maintenance measures on buildings and in the outdoor areas must be planned for the properties. Furthermore, measures for technical security of the properties and the buildings intended. The application must be made with the application for participation provided by the client.
