The load-bearing structure consists predominantly of reinforced concrete, and the extensively planted flat roof has a large area occupied by photovoltaic modules. The recessed technical floor is a lightweight steel construction on the roof, is clad with sandwich elements and accommodates the ventilation technology. The facade is a clinker brick facade with post-transom windows made of wood and aluminum colored glass elements. Two main areas of use are planned inside: a daycare area on the ground floor for 2 groups, with associated side rooms, as well as a cafeteria, a serving kitchen, a music room and a multifunctional room.
