Scanning subsystem Subsystem conversion service new service Conversion service subsystem: inventory maintenance eJustice basic service scanning and PDF conversion The eIP network currently uses the eJustice basic scanning service, which is divided into two Scan and conversion service subsystems. The Scan subsystem controls all components specific to the scanning process and is (currently) composed of the standard OpenText Intelligent Capture component as well as various components Individual software components. The contract with the provider for the basic scanning service runs until March 31, 2027. The Conversion Service subsystem provides conversion of files of many formats to PDF/A. Currently is Foxit's Rendition Server is in use (based on a contract that runs until December 31, 2026). The service to be procured is divided into three lots: - Lot 1 - Scan subsystem: The object is the maintenance, further development and support of the existing individual software of the eJustice basic service scanning (scan subsystem), including the associated components (in particular scanning process, URen-der, UMon, scan start bar, deletion routine, UGetInfo, reporting component) and the associated Interfaces to the electronic communication platform (eKP), to the electronic integration portal (eIP) and to connected third-party software (e.g. the signature component). - Lot 2 - Subsystem conversion service...
