This contract forms part of the actions foreseen under the “Economic Governance Support Programme (EGSP)” - Financing Agreement (FA) ZM/FED/040-801, funded under the 11th European Development Fund (EDF). The project will provide support to; the finalisation of the methodology for the Zambian National Land Audit (NLA), building institutional capacity and; implementing a part of the NLA. The project will be implemented nationwide and will contribute to enhancing the administration and management of state land in Zambia. The expected outcomes of this contract are; 1) the NSDI (National Spatial Data Infrastructure) is improved, updated and data is made publicly available; 2) innovative land audit methodologies are tested and validated; 3) key results of the NLA are available and; vi) improved knowledge and experience for carrying out a full NLA are documented and used to draft a post-audit action plan.
