Obtaining and digitizing photographs eGK & PIN/PUK Services for the creation, personalization and provision of electronic health cards (eGK), in particular the acceptance, processing and use of the photographs, as well as the production of the Health card and PIN / PUK letters. The tender includes the collection, acceptance and examination of photographs of the insured persons submitted by post and digitally in accordance with the quality requirements described in the tender documents gematik specifications and their further processing. The services include both the ongoing collection of photographs (e.g. for new insured persons) as well as the event-related collection (e.g. due to the expiry of existing ones photographs). Photographs within the meaning of the tender include both photos submitted on paper and digitally. For those insured by BARMER, the current generation of an electronic health card (eGK) is available ensure. At the request of the insured person, a PIN/PUK letter belonging to the eGK must also be sent.
